A Look at The Final Dance At Cameron Indoor for 2023

Durham, N.C. - After the offensive showing from the Buffaloes and Blue Devils in the first round, the two meet up for the last dance at Cameron Indoor in the 2023 season. The sixth seeded Colorado Buffaloes looks to spoil the party for the hometown third seed and early round host, the Duke Blue Devils.

The weekend leading up to this game saw success in two different ways for the squads. The Buffaloes got hot from three against the Middle Tennessee Blue

Raiders shooting 13-27 from downtown, while the Blue Devils interior offense pushed through the Gaels, with 66 of their 89 points scored via midrange or in the paint. Both teams shared the similarity in dominating the glass with both squads outrebounding their opponents by at least 10 rebounds.





Colorado looks to ride the hot shooting from Junior guard Frida Formann after her 21 point performance, including five made threes, against MTSU.

Colorado also looks for Senior guard Jaylyn Sherrod to keep up the balance of scoring and facilitating she showed in her 13 point and 6 assist line of Saturday.

Duke will look for constant ball movement with three of the five starters all eclipsing double digit points against Iona. The Blue Devils go into this home/tournament game behind Senior guard Celeste Taylor, who was making her presence known in both inside and outside scoring Saturday night.
