BELL BUCKLE, Tenn. — At least 30 cats have disappeared in Bell Buckle, leaving citizens confused. Bell Buckle Police Chief, Tommy Wiley, says that the first report of a cat missing surfaced August 20th. After the initial report, dozens of calls came in from other residents and also listed their pet as missing. A commonality in all of the cases is that the animals were taken while outside. No animal carcasses have been found, according to police. Anyone with information is asked to call Police Chief Wiley at (931) 224-4222
