COVID-19 has heavily affected in-person learning for Cannon County Schools. Schools are having to adapt to in person and/or online classes.
Cannon County High School has decided to return to regular scheduled classing. All students except for approved online students will begin regular classes on February 8th.
As Principal Nichols planned, dividing online and in person students has decreased COVID-19 cases. This also helped teachers assist students who might be struggling during this period. In the attempt to avoid fully online learning, Principal Nichols and others have succeeded doing so.
As a result of the adjusts, it is now safe for all students to return to campus.
