Manchester Mayor Joey Hobbs held closed interviews to determine the final alderman
seat in his administration in a board meeting set for October 26.
Hobbs and his Executive Administrative Assistant Sage Keele conducted the interviews
and did not appoint a panel.
The vacant seat was left open after Hobbs was elected mayor and has 60 days to
appoint the next person for the seat.
There were 18 applicants but the list has been narrowed down to 15 people with a few
candidates withdrawing their names.
The interviews were held between October 16th and 19th.
