Murfreesboro's city council met Thursday, April 2nd to discuss future projects including a sewer rehabilitation for water resource.
This construction’s total cost is around $4,448,000.
The construction includes designing, surveying and contract administration as well as a resident inspection that will cost $215,000, that is 5.4% of the construction.
This project would include new pipes and keeping inflow caused by rain events from getting into the sewer system, explained by one of the council members.
The council members moved forward on this years 2020-21 project.
