Around 5:45 Sunday evening Murfreesboro firefighters were dispatched to 315 Rowlette Circle off South Church St.
The family of four arrived at their two-story townhouse to see it filled with smoke.
Engines 1 and 2 were dispatched to the scene and saw smoke on the first floor upon their arrival.
MFRD Fire Marshal’s Division is currently investigating the cause of the fire, and the Tennessee chapter of the American Red Cross is assisting the homeowners.
